Shipping Regions

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or U.S. territories at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotional periods, or high-demand launches.

Delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been shipped, not when the order is placed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Casecraft is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Casecraft is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to reship the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@shopcasecraft.com within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement.

Custom Orders

Please note that custom or made-to-order items may require additional processing time beyond the standard 3–5 business days. You will be notified of any extended timelines at the time of purchase.
