Thank you for shopping with Casecraft! We hope that you love your case as much as we do, but if you are not happy with your order, please review our returns policy below.
Return Window
Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- The item is in its original, unused condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the item
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Custom or personalised orders — All made-to-order are final sale and non-refundable
- Items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging or tags
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at returns@shopcasecraft.com within 7 days of receiving your item
- Include your order number and the reason for the return
- Our team will respond with return instructions and a return shipping address
- Ship the item back to us in its original condition and packaging
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
